From the very first time I met Megan, I knew I wanted her to be part of my pregnancy journey. From the beginning, she made it her priority to ensure I felt comfortable and could be completely open and honest about what I was feeling and thinking.
She met with us in our home three times to help prepare us for what to expect during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. Every question we had was answered thoughtfully, compassionately, and without judgment. She shared so much evidence-based information that truly helped us feel informed and confident as we navigated pregnancy, labor, and birth.
When it came time for labor and delivery, Megan once again made sure I felt comfortable and confident in every decision I faced. She empowered me with knowledge, supported my choices, and was such a calming presence throughout the entire experience. She guided me through breathing techniques, rubbed my back, offered constant encouragement, and made sure I had everything I needed.
One of my favorite parts of having Megan as our doula was that she didn’t just support me—she also shared her knowledge and tips with my husband and mom, helping them feel confident in supporting me as well. It truly felt like she cared for our entire family.
Megan is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and supportive people I’ve ever met, and she also happens to be an incredible doula. I can’t imagine my birth experience without her, and I will absolutely be calling her again for my next pregnancy. I cannot recommend her enough!
